Home Builder Association Launches 'FOCUS 2021 Home Building' Event

The Home Builder Association is ready to host the 'FOCUS 2021 BUILD YOUR OWN SPACE' event from March 10-14, 2021 at Impact Hall 6, Muang Thong Thani. This event brings together over 1,000 diverse house designs and homes that cater to every consumer's budget, ranging from 1 to 100 million baht.

 

Mr. Worawut Kanjanakul, President of the Home Builder Association (HBA), announced that the association is set to hold the 'FOCUS 2021' event from March 10-14, 2021 at Impact Hall 6, Muang Thong Thani. This year, the event continues under the theme BUILD YOUR OWN SPACE with a complete showcase of home building professionals, featuring over 1,000 house designs and homes that meet the purchasing power of consumers across all price ranges from 1 to 100 million baht. This year, the sales target is approximately 2 billion baht, similar to last year's event.

Mr. Worawut also mentioned that feedback from customer surveys conducted at previous events indicated that the 4-day duration was too short, making it inconvenient for some consumers who wanted to attend but couldn't. Therefore, this year, the 'FOCUS 2021 BUILD YOUR OWN SPACE' event has been extended to 5 days (from the usual 4 days). With consumer behavior shifting towards purchasing single-family homes rather than condominiums, the association is confident that this year's event will receive a positive response from consumers.

 

 

As of now, the number of registrations for the event has been steadily increasing since the association began promoting it in January. With only 8 days left until the event on March 10-14, 2021 at Impact Hall 6, Muang Thong Thani, we are honored to have Mr. Supattanapong Punmeechaow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, as the event's opening ceremony president. The association will also introduce the 'Energy-Efficient House' or 'Label No. 5' project in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, which includes various details. Homes certified with the 'Label No. 5' must meet specific performance criteria that clearly demonstrate energy savings in terms of units or percentage annually. Discussions on this topic are also expected to take place during the event.
